I am NOT your average 15 year old. My obsession with Volkswagen Beetles, CHVN 95.1 FM, my hair, and old technology would give that away pretty quickly. Of course, this is what makes me interesting and unique.

I have been fascinated with computers since I was 5 when I got my first computer, but only because they played video games such as Frogger 2. At age 7, I discovered that computers did more than just games, which blew my mind. I began exploring Windows XP and found lots of cool stuff like the HP Tour Guide and Windows Movie Maker. Unfortunately, the PSU died in 2009 shortly before Christmas. I cried when it died. I ran out and got a Compaq Mini 110c notebook PC running Windows XP as I thought that it might feature the HP Tour Guide and all the other cool OEM stuff on my first computer, which it didn't. By 2012, I had lost all interest in computers and focused on my Nintendo GameCube and Wii.

In late 2013, I was handed a huge bag of old computer software including some games. I tried installing them on what was currently my dad's computer, but now mine for ripping out parts, but apparently Windows 7 x64 doesn't like 16-bit applications and is kinda mean to some Windows 98 games. My notebook PC didn't run them so well either. I started searching for a Windows 95/98 computer on eBay. I found a Windows ME HP desktop with the HP Tour Guide, and I would've bought it, but it didn't ship to Canada. A friend of mine traded his refurbished IBM ThinkCentre for some of my old junk. The Computer ran Windows 7 x86, but later I installed Windows XP on it after experimenting with Windows 98, FreeDOS 1.1, Ubuntu 12.04.5, and about 50 more operating systems. This was the beginning of me becoming a computer nerd.

At the beginning of 2016, I became fascinated with the world wide web and old websites. On January 21st, 2016, I signed up for Neocities (Inspired by Geocities) and created Computersetc! After 5 days, I got annoyed that I couldn't have my own domain and had to pay to use WAV and MP3 sounds. I moved to x10hosting and got a .tk domain.

When I'm not wasting time on a computer, I'm usually playing drums, at a Bible Quiz Meet, or, sadly, doing school. Fortunately, I'm homeschooled so I have lots of time to goof off :D
